At Ongly Care, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 60 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision in writing at the following address:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Products concerned
  • Date the order was received

You will then receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original intact packaging.
  • Hygiene or cosmetic products, such as nail care products, creams, etc., cannot be returned if they have been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • The return must be made within 14 days following the sending of your withdrawal notification.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part, such as a defective product or an item that does not match the order.

4. Return address

The return address will be sent to you by email after we receive your request.
⚠️ No return should be made without prior approval from our customer service team.

5. Refund

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will refund you using the same payment method used for your order, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the product or proof of shipment.

6. Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened cosmetic or personal hygiene products
